		<description>What&#039;s up with Argentina? I know the Kirchners are friendly with Chavez ( and probably owe him suitcases full of money), but these latest moves seem really suicidal. As important as tourism is there, you would think they would be doing everything they can to keep the party going instead of locking the doors.</description>
