Capella is the most amazing hotel that I have ever worked and stayed at! I am an event planner in San Diego California and plan weddings, corporate events, social events and fundraisers. I had the privilege to work with this unforgettable resort last week. My client lives in Texas and wanted a coordinator from the states to work along side of the hotel on her wedding. The staff at this resort was not only amazing but extraordinary. I stayed on property for 6 days and by the time I left I was almost in tears. From the minute I stepped out of the car, I was greeted with their hibiscus signature beverage to the 4pm Corona and chip amenity that was delivered to our room daily was spectacular. The spa, rooms, restaurants, views, pools, beach, room service, staff, gym, personal assistant, baby sitting services, grounds and of course beverages were to die for. I will recommend this venue to everyone I know. I hope one day to have the opportunity to work at this property again.
