		<description>Besides being incredibly jealous of your trip to the Galapagos (my good friends just went too and haven&#039;t stopped raving about it), I can totally sympathize with your photo-picking dilemma. We have a boutique hotel here in the Republic of Panama near which is an island called Coiba which is rumored to be &quot;The Galapagos of Central America.&quot; Things like sharks, turtles, iguanas...etc. And it used to be a penal colony to boot! As the story goes, the prisoners were so in love with the surroundings that, once the jail was shut down, they refused to leave. Anyone who a) can&#039;t afford to go to the Galapagos or b) wants to get their feet wet in this sort of adventure travel without getting overwhelmed, should consider Coiba here in Panama.</description>
