		<description>The key is being finicky when it is warranted, and being nice, as opposed to always demanding special treatment and being a prima donna. I have seen a lot of the latter types that complain about everything (especially the ex-New Yorkers in South Florida) and the staffers just get immune to it after a while.</description>
