		<description>The water in Puerto Vallarta proper is pretty nasty year-round really. Same with Acapulco. You really have to get out of the middle of the bay. Where I think Garza Blanca is though is not very far from P.V.&#039;s center (Los Arcos in that picture?), so that&#039;s good to know.</description>
