		<description>I hear you, but most of those complaints are endemic across South America, unfortunately. And their competitors are no picnic either when it comes to customer service. My only point was, these two flights were far more pleasant than the two I&#039;ve flown on Delta for equivalent distances and I would certainly choose LAN over Continental or American as well.</description>

		<description>Hello, the planes may be comfortable, but Lan Chile has got to have the worst customer service have evern encountered for purchasing tickets. You can&#039;t make reservations over the phone for economical fares; the difference in the fare between purchasing a ticket via their Chilean site and the American site is astronomical (2 or 3 times expensive for the same ticket if purchased via their American site); they sneakily change fares every day, which means if you decide to make a change to your ticket they will charge you the difference between the new fare and your old fare on top of fees for making changes; and in general, the customer service by phone is close to lunacy as there is..</description>
