		<description>Nice post and I agree with your analysis of where we are in the Granada real estate cycle.  Prices moved up sharply between 2002-2008 and then fell quite hard.  They have now stabilized and buyer interest is growing once more according to local real estate agents.  I imagine that prices will continue to plateau for the short to medium term though.</description>
